Finocchietto
Finocchietto is a completely natural liqueur deriving from an ancient, artisan recipe that sees the infusion of wild fennel seeds and other parts of the plant. Caffo, thanks to its age-old knowledge of the art of liqueur making and distilling, managed to improve the traditional recipe by adding the spirits of the same plant processed by them to the seed infusion, thereby obtaining a liqueur with an unmistakable fragrance and taste. This is why Finocchietto Caffo is the different liqueur!
