Artichoke and green pepper cream
Thanks to an excellent combination between artichokes’ heart and green pepper, we made a recipe that distinguishes itself for its well-balanced taste and for its silk-smooth and agreeable consistence. This cream is the ideal condiment for all kind of meat, especially for beefsteaks and roasted or grilled meats. It is ready to use, but it may be enhanced by other ingredients at pleasure. You can warm it up and season vegetables in general: salads, raw and cooked vegetables.Origin
