Tasting Notes

Fine mousse  and pale gold colour; delicate and intense  bouquet  with touches of peaches and sage and hints of citrus fruits; sweet, clean flavour enlivened by an attractive citric note with a pleasant aftertaste of fruit.

Analysis

5.10% alcohol; 5.85g/l total acidity; 3.20pH; 125g/l residual sugar; 21.7g/l extract.

Food Suggestions

Serve with fruit tarts, biscuits, hazelnut cakes, oven-baked pastries.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
