Tomato sauce with hazelnuts
This very particular sauce contains small pieces of hazelnut and derives from the traditional cooking of 'the Langhe', a famous wine district in the rolling hills east of Cuneo (Piedmont). It is a tasty supplement for all kinds of pasta, and deliciously complements for roast meats.
