This white wine is produced using Vermentino di Sardegna DOC grapes. Best consumed the year after harvesting.

Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Heady, balanced and well-expressed, with a fresh fragrance reminiscent of ripe apple.

Palate: Dry without being bitter; fresh and lively; very well-orchestrated, with a well-calibrated, almond-rich backdrop; excellent persistence.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12° C
Alcohol level: 11.5 - 12 % vol.
Matching: A divine match for fish, particularly shellfish.
