Balsamic vinegar of Modena 8 years old
The "Bellei" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with a black label is the aged version of the vinegar.
Its perfume is perfectly balanced and the sweet and sour taste is savoury and velvety.
This type of vinegar is particularly good on grilled meats and with the bet cheese, such as Pecorino (sheep milk cheese), Taleggio (a sort of soft cheese coming from lombardy) and Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan cheese).
