White balsamic condiment, aged in ash wooden barrels for 5 years. This condiment is obtained from the juice of the white grapes Trebbiano Modenese of the Malpighi estate. The fragrance is intense, the colour is limpid and transparent, the taste is fruity and sweet and sour.
