This Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extra Old is produced in a limited edition and signed by Ermes Malpighi. It is a precious balsamic vinegar, very thick, its taste is well rounded and its flavor is strong; it has aged for a long time in very precious and old wooden barrels. Ermes Malpighi, fourth generation of the Malpighi family, is one of the founders of the “Consortium of Traditional Balsamics, Vinegars of Modena DOP”.
