Acetaia Malpighi Balsamic of apple, aged in wooden barrel made of apple. Acetaia Malpighi presents Balsamo di mela specially created for consumers desiring to taste an ancient product with modern characteristic.
The fermentation of the apples follows the same technical of production used for the modenese grape,the liquid stays in the wooden barrels to obtain a balsamic product with characteristic similar to the balsamic obtained from the grapes.
With this new “Balsamic” we guarnatee to you the high quality of Made in Italy by Malpighi product .
Fragrance: Full and intense.
Taste: Tart, syrupy.
Uses: sutiable for all types of vegetables, grilled, cooked and raw; recommended for chicken and turkey meat, roast meat, cheeses and on fresh fruit especially melon and fig.
