Cheese made with sheep's milk farms Sardis. Has a white paste slightly straw-yellow. It's a cheese very appreciated for its typical taste aromatic unsalted strongly. It is the flagship product of Sepi cheeses known in Italian but also in the international one.
Ingredients: sheep's milk, rennet, salt, preservatives (E203, E235), colorants (E150d et E160b crust). Non-edible rind. Keep cool.
Net weight: 700gr
Tasting tips: ideal as a table cheese or the early months of seasoning cooked on the grill. Goes well with a glass of red wine and can be eaten with vegetables of the season.
