A delicious Easter dove rich in candied orange peels, and drops of chocolate, without raisins.
The Colomba Cake with chocolate and candied orange from Flamigni follows the recipe created by the artisan pastry chefs meneghini, which provides a glaze made from hazelnuts tonde gentili delle Langhe and almonds armellines. Its secret is a yeast mother whose origins date back to the 30s. Without the addition of any other yeast, the dough is soft and extraordinarily digestible. Ele is composed of a thick and malleable flour, sugars, egg yolks from Italian farms and French butter, then a careful selection of candied oranges of Sibari.

Ingredients : Wheat flour, candied orange peels 22%, chocolate, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural mother yeast, emulsifier : mono and diglycerids of cids, sunflower lecithin, invert sugar syrup, salt, wheat malt, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries, natural flavours. Icing ingredients 10% : sugar, almonds 13%, egg white, hazenuts, bitter almonds, rice flour. It may contain traces of soya and of in-shell nuts different from indicated in the label. It does not contain OGM.
