Je n'ai pas apprécié trop, trop gras..! Et le prix non justifier par rapport à la viande, plus de gras que de viande.

cher client, ainsi que nous l'avons indiqué sur notre précédente réponse, le Zampone est un saucisson à cuire, dont la particularité est d'être tres gras. c'est pour cela qu'il est emballé dans de l'aluminium, que l'on fait bouillir afin de garder le gras fondu, qui donne son goût à la viande de porc. bien cordialement le service client italiadelizie
