D'addato has been producing its olive oil since 1910, its olive groves are between land and sea, exposed to the blazing sun of Puglia in southern Italy.
The organic extra virgin olive oil, certified by ICEA, is produced by cold extraction of the best olives of the Ogliarola and Coratina varieties from organic certified fields.
The selected olives, harvested mainly by hand, are pressed within 18 hours of harvesting.
Organic olive oil has a well-balanced taste and its acidity is between 0.15% and a maximum of 0.5% depending on the year of harvest.
It is ideal for seasoning salads, vegetables or legumes or to liven up a meat meals!
