Busiate are produced from the best durum wheat semolinas of Sicily. Of the same family as the fusilli, they are traditionally hand-made by rolling up the dough around a ferreto (little metal stalk).
Origin: Santa Venerina ( Sicily)
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, spinach 3%, tomato 3%, water.
Time cooking: 13-15 minutes
