Lavender honey is undoubtedly one of the finest honeys that can be found on the market. The color is light yellow and the crystallization is very rapid and with fine crystals, very pleasant on the palate as it is soft and creamy.
The most characteristic note is given by the scent that recalls the lavender flower and its very delicate flavor. This characteristic makes it immediately recognizable and highly appreciated by consumers.
The most suitable area for the production of lavender honey is Provence, where in the months of June and July, whole lavender fields spread an unmistakable scent in the air.
