Of a pleasantly acidulous, light and digestible flavor, golden in color and very fragrant, honey vinegar is particularly rich in enzymes and mineral salts. Our honey vinegar combines the values of an antique product with the quality and care of an artisan product.
The preparation starts with a fine organic acacia honey of our production which is diluted in water and fermented slowly, dosing the temperature and aeration. The vinegar does not undergo any pasteurization and chemical clarification so that the bacteria and enzymes present are not destroyed. This increases the availability of the same within the product. The acidity is slightly lower than that of the classic wine vinegar and its tolerability is more pronounced.
Organic honey vinegar is obtained using organic honey guaranteed by the body.
