When talking about traditional Tuscan cuisine , of course an important role it takes on the game ; in particular , we have chosen to propose in this case a recipe with a mixture of big game , wild boar , deer and fallow deer , all thrown in our territories ; to keep even more this bond , we use in this case Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil . All it softened , as usual , with the dark chocolate .

Tasting tips: If you really want to savour a "primo piatto" tuscan style, you have to serve pappardelle with wild board ragout in a bowl and pair it with a good glass of red textured tuscan wine, maybe a good Chianti.. and.. what else?... Buon Appetito!!!
