The peppers "pric prac" are a specialty of the area between Molfetta and Giovinazzo; should this name to the characteristic noise that produced fresh peppers cut into strips when they were with the scissors.
They were subsequently steamed in water and vinegar, served with fresh spices such as garlic, parsley and chilli, mixed with good olive oil from Puglia.
