The famous panettone Fiasconaro was born from the extraordinary visionary intuition of master Nicola, master pastry chef, who has won numerous awards, in addition to having received the title of Honorary Citizen of the country of Avola, in the province of Syracuse, for its role of ambassador of the excellent Sicilian pastries in the world. He passionately created an entirely Sicilian version of the traditional menéghin dessert, a panettone unique in terms of flavor and lightness. The design of the panettone packaging reflects the company's image, sober and elegant, the folding of which is done by hand.

Ingredients:Soft wheat flour, butter, semi-candied wild berries (13%) (redcurrant, blackcurrant, blackberries,
strawberries, black raspberries, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, Acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate),
sugar, fresh eggs, white chocolate (9%) (sugar, whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin,
natural vanilla extract), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), milk chocolate (contains soy, milk),
chocolate of couverture (contains soy), Sicilian honey, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids,
“vino Marsala PDO”, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, natural vanilla flavourings, rice flour, wheat malt,
glazing agent (shellac, gum Arabic).
