One of the secrets that makes Pandoro Magnifico is the choice of the absolute excellence of butter: the fine French butter AOP Charentes-Poitou. The soft and delicate dough melts gently at the first taste, enhancing the rich taste of butter and its enveloping aroma. As a final touch a sprinkle of white powdered sugar.
Wheat flour, "Beurre Charentes-Poitou" butter 20%, fresh eggs, sugar, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; pasteurized fresh whole milk, invert sugar syrup, fresh egg yolk, cocoa butter, salt, flavorings. Powdered sugar in sachet (6% of the finished product). Ingredients: sugar, wheat starch, flavorings. 1000 g (The declared weight includes the sachet of powdered sugar). May contain soy and nuts

Tasting tips: this excellent pandoro is best enjoyed nature. However, you can also glaze it with zabaglione cream or squirt it with mascarpone, champagne, chocolate sauce or whipped cream.
