Artisanal panettone with Sultana grapes, candied orange and lemon peels - Hazelnut and almond glaze

Composed of IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, almonds from Puglia, this gourmet icing highlights this exquisite cake with orange peels, lemons and candied citron. The Panettone is packaged in a pretty cardboard box, illustrated with an old-fashioned merry-go-round with small wooden horses in gilded relief.

Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Sugar, Sultanas (13,2%), Butter, Fresh Egg yolk from barn
hens, Natural Yeast Sourdough: (Wheat Flour, Water), Water, Candied orange peels (5,8%):
(Orange peels, Glucose - Fructose syrup, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Almonds (3,1%),

Tasting tips
: Place the panettone in front of a heat source 1/4 hour before serving so that the butter melts , your panettone will be very soft and ideally accompanied by a soft and sweet wine or prosecco .
