This soft cake is stuffed with a smooth pistachio cream flavored with almonds and orange blossom and covered with cocoa icing and decorated with white chocolate flakes. Simply exquisite and subtle: for gourmets !

Tasting tips: Place the panettone in front of a heat source 1/4 hour before serving so that the butter melts , your panettone will be very soft and ideally accompanied by a soft and sweet wine or prosecco .
