It takes 3 days of work, patience and special attention to produce a Bonifanti panettone.
Low panettone with hazelnut and almond icing. Yellow dough with raisins and candied citrus fruits. Hazelnut glaze, garnished with whole raw almonds.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Sultanas (13,2%), Butter, Fresh Egg yolk from barn
hens, Natural Yeast Sourdough: (Wheat Flour, Water), Water, Candied orange peels (5,8%):
(Orange peels, Glucose - Fructose syrup, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Almonds (3,1%),
Fresh Egg white from barn hens, Candied Citron (2%): (Citron, Glucose - Fructose syrup,
Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, Hazelnuts
(1,2%), Rice Flour, Invert Sugar syrup, Honey, Milk powder, Salt, Cocoa butter, Rice starch,

Tasting tips: Place the panettone in front of a heat source 1/4 hour before serving so that the butter melts , your panettone will be very soft and ideally accompanied by a soft and sweet wine or prosecco .
