Traditional artisanal panettone Bonifanti - Gran Milanese

The typical Milanese panettone in low version, wonderfully soft, with a mixture enriched with raisins and candied orange and cedar;

Origin : Villafranca ( Piedmont )

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultanas, water, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast sourdough (contains wheat), candied orange peels, candied citron peel, , emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, invert sugar syrup, fresh egg white, honey, milk powder,  salt , cocoa butter  natural orange flavor, Madagascar vanilla beans . May contain traces of nuts.

Net Weight: 750 gr

Tasting tips: Place the panettone in front of a heat source 1/4 hour before serving so that the butter melts , your panettone will be very soft and ideally accompanied by a soft and sweet wine or prosecco .
