A flavor born from the most exquisite pastry tradition of Piedmont, with the union of pieces of candied peaches and chocolate chips flavored with Amaretto, a typically Italian liqueur with flavors of almonds. Without raisins or candied citrus peels.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied peaches 12.7%, sugar, water, butter, chocolate chips 7%
(sugar cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh egg yolk,
natural yeast sourdough (contains wheat), almonds 3%, fresh egg white, emulsifier: mono
and diglycerides of fatty acids, hazelnuts 1.2%, rice flour, honey, milk powder, salt ,
cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, rice starch, natural bitter almond flavour, Madagascar
vanilla beans .
May contain traces of nuts.

Tasting tips: Place the panettone in front of a heat source 1/4 hour before serving so that the butter melts , your panettone will be very soft.
