Flamigni, a family of artisan pastry chefs in Forlì, since 1930 produces Panettone in the pure tradition and their craftsmanship goes until the creation of charming packaging.
Bright red cranberry berries are particularly popular with Native Americans for their richness in vitamin C.
By making it candy, it loses its acidity and develops exotic and wild flavors which are enhanced in this panettone by the dark and white chocolate.

Ingredients : Wheat flour, dehydrated cranberries 14% (cranberries 53%,
cane sugar, sunflower oil), butter, dark chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa paste,
cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural flavourings), sugar,
pasteurized egg yolk (barn eggs), natural sourdough (wheat flour, water),
emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin and
sunflower lecithin, milk chocolate 2,7% (sugar, whole milk powder,
cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural flavourings),
sugar syrup, salt, malted wheat flour, flavourings, vanilla extract
from Madagascar berries.
Decoration 17%: white chocolate 12% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder,
emulsifier soy lecithin, natural flavourings), sugar grains 4% (sugar,
wheat starch, sunflower oil, potato starch), dehydrated cranberries 1%.
May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachio nuts and peanuts.
