The famous panettone Fiasconaro was born from the extraordinary visionary intuition of master Nicola, master pastry chef, who has won numerous awards, in addition to having received the title of Honorary Citizen of the country of Avola, in the province of Syracuse, for its role of ambassador of the excellent Sicilian pastries in the world. He passionately created an entirely Sicilian version of the traditional menéghin dessert, a panettone unique in terms of flavor and lightness. The design of the panettone packaging reflects the company's image, sober and elegant, the folding of which is done by hand.

Origin: Castelbuono (Sicily)

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, raisins (18%), butter, sugar, glaze (10%) (sugar, fresh egg white, rice flour, 
flour apricot seeds, starch modified, flavourings), fresh eggs, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat 
flour), granulated sugar (3%), “vino Marsala PDO”, Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.)(2%), Sicilian honey,
Invert sugar syrup, orange purée (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice concentrate),
emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, “Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liquoroso PGI”, cocoa butter,
powdered skimmed milk, salt, natural flavourings: vanilla berries. 
May contain other tree nuts and soy.

Tasting tips: Place the panettone near a heat source the time a few minutes then eat it plain or Spread each slice with a spread Sicilian , and accompany it with a sparkling wine or Passito di Pantelleria.
