The famous panettone Fiasconaro was born from the extraordinary visionary intuition of master Nicola, master pastry chef, who has won numerous awards, in addition to having received the title of Honorary Citizen of the country of Avola, in the province of Syracuse, for its role of ambassador of the excellent Sicilian pastries in the world. He passionately created an entirely Sicilian version of the traditional menéghin dessert, a panettone unique in terms of flavor and lightness. The design of the panettone packaging reflects the company's image, sober and elegant, the folding of which is done by hand.

IngredientsSoft wheat flour, raisins 19%, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, fresh egg yolk
natural yeast, marsala, orange purée (ground orange peel, sugar, lemon juice concentrate),
sicilian honey, inverted sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Zibbibo wine,
cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, natural flavourings, vanilla berries. 
Glaze 10% (fresh egg white, sugar, rice flour, flour peach or apricot seeds, starch modified, f
lavourings, hazelnuts paste), granulated sugar, hazelnuts (corylus avellana) 2%. 
May contain traces of other nuts. Does not contain genetically modified ingredients.

Tasting tips: Place the panettone near a heat source the time a few minutes then eat it plain or Spread each slice with a spread Sicilian , and accompany it with a sparkling wine or Passito di Pantelleria.
