Its epicenter is in the commune of Castelvetro but it has spread to the neighboring communes of the Province of Modena.
The care taken during fermentation gives the wine a lively and persistent mousse, the wine is ruby red with a purpled rim. It is fruity and fragrant. On the palate, it is fresh, flavorful, lively, harmonious, pleasant. It is tannic, with substantial body.
