Simple and tasty recipe: Italian quality Superfino Carnaroli rice, vacuum packed, blended with top quality ingredients, no added glutamate. It is not a precooked rice, but a real risotto of high quality, which, with eighteen minutes of cooking, can be served at the table.

Carnaroli Italian Superfino rice, Italian hazelnuts 2%, Leek, Parsley, Onion.
Net weight: 300gr (3/4 persons)
Before cooking, prepare 1 L for 1.5 L of broth.
In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Pour in the mixture and mix until the rice becomes translucent. Add 1 glass of white wine and mix until evaporation. Then cover flush rice with broth, stirring constantly. Repeat until rice is cooked (15 to 20 minutes). When ready, add a nice knob of butter and grated parmesan cheese. Cover for 1 to 2 minutes, mix well and serve. Enjoy your meal!
