Package made in vacuum conditions to preserve the rice all its qualities.

How to use : A very easy and delicious idea, fry in sauce pan 1 onion sliced thin in 20gr of butter then add 300gr of arborio rice. Pour 2dl of white wine and let evaporate. Add salt, pepper and add hot broth, and cook stirring from time to time. At the end of cooking add 50gr of butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
Cover a few minutes then stir and serve!
