The chocolate of Modica is a traditional chocolate from Sicily, whose characteristic is that it is cold worked, and that excludes the conching phase (heat refining).
Sugar and spices are mixed potential cocoa at very low temperature (less than 40 ° c). Thus sugar christaux remain intact, which gives chocolate its Modica grainy and rough texture characteristic. A perfect blend for this sweet spread

Ingredients: Hazelnuts, chocolate of Modica 26%, cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soy.
