How to use : Add it to a mixture of finely chopped onions, celery, capers sauteed in olive oil, anchovies and hot pepper. All these flavours enhance the taste of the turnip and make it a traditional recipe with a strong flavour and a persistent smell. The Apulian traditional homemade pasta, orecchiette is recommended with this seasoning. It is also excellent as a cooking sauce for meat.
