This sauce produced in salento (South Italy) is excellent on pasta or for pizza.
Ingredients : Pulp of tomatoes, extravirgin olive oil, anchovy, garlic, salt, parsley, chilli, oregano, pepper.
Net weight : 180 gr
How To Use : Heat the sauce in a pan and poor over cooked pasta, stir-fry and serve. Excellent to season escalopes and pizzas. Oregano is recommended.
