The recipe for torrone from the Langhe region was probably introduced at the time of the Visconti, lords of Milan, which makes it an authentic nougat of excellence.
It is honeyed and crunchy with IGP Piedmont hazelnuts.
This Langhes nougat is a real treat for the palate of gourmets.
Ingredients: sugar, 22% IGP Piedmont hazelnut, 19% almonds, honey, glucose syrup, egg white, host (potato starch, water, olive oil).
