This is the classic recipe for pesto, truffle enriched Savini.
Origin: Tuscany (Montanelli - Palaia)
Ingredients: Basil 42%, olive oil, cheese (milk, quail, salt, Conservator : lisozima , protein of eggs), water, summer italian truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt) 5%, garlic, pine nuts , salt, aromas.
Net weight: 90 gr
Tasting tips: Ideal with antipasti, ie on entry into e accompaniment of vegetables or on toast , but also excellent sauce over pasta or rice.
