Linguine à l’encre de seiche.

La fameuse petite poche d’encre que renferment les seiches donne cette couleur particulière aux pâtes noires.

Origine : Toscane

Ingrédients : Semoule de blé dur (94,74%), germe de blé (4,26%), encre de seiche (1%).  

Poids net : 250 gr (3/4 personnes)


Conseils de préparation : Très simplement dans une poële faites revir 800gr de seiche ou de calamars en lamelles fines avec l’ail haché dans un peu d’huile d’olive. En fin de cuisson ajoutez un bouquet de  persil coupé finement. Puis versez-y vos linguine à l’encre de seiche préalablement cuites al dente. Parsemez de parmesan. Un plat raffiné qui épatera vos invités.

Si vous souhaitez relever le parfum de l’encre de seiche, en fin de cuisson versez un sachet d’encre de seiche dans la poële et mélangez à votre préparation.
